Add Arabic Language To Windows Xp Sp3

Hello, I have Window XP Professional SP2 installed on ThinkPad R61i, however, the guy installed for me is a Turkish, and I found some of the icons on the control panel is in Turkish. Also, when I try to update the Chipset driver and panel instructions are coming up in Turkish. Can someone advise, where can I find the language set for the window environment?

(definitely NOT from the Regional & Language on the Control Panel, I only have English there). Am I able to change that back to English?

I work at a school with a laptop program. All students have a laptop. Some students take Mandarin and we have to load the Asian languages to XP. The problem we are having now is, we updated our XP - Sp2 to Service Pack 3. Now when we go to add the Languages it asks for Windows XP with SP 3 CD.

Flowjo 10 mac cracked torrent. We only have Windows XP w/ SP2 CDs and we used the download of SP3 for the update. I downloaded the ISO for SP3 but that does us no good because it wants the CD that has Windows XP w/ SP3. Has anyone else had this issue, or know how to get around this?
